Conference Rooms and Equipment

Please note: You are responsible for ensuring that your group follows proper Conference Room Guidelines and Room Cleaning/Configuration Instructions.

Confirm arrangements for access (key pickup and return) with your contact at the time of the reservation.  

Contact Darren Mayes, UPPP Administrative Assistant, to request reservations for the following department-managed spaces:

  • SE 1, Room 300B seats 16+, built-in projector
  • SE 1, Room 202B seats 6 (accessed via 206)
  • SE 1, Room 225 seats 15
  • Laptop or adapters for VGA connections to other computers

Tonii Lawrence in the Social Ecology Dean's Office administers reservations for the following school-managed spaces:

  • SE 1, Room 112 - seats 50, built-in projector
  • SBSG 1517 - seats 70, built-in projector

Request these spaces by email, minimum 3 business days in advance of requested date (longer lead is recommended; typically these spaces are booked well in advance). Include the following information:

  • Name of group requesting the reservation
  • Reservation date(s)
  • Conference room number(s)
  • Time(s)*
  • Estimated attendance
  • Purpose of the meeting (Meetings for regularly scheduled classes are allowed by rare exception only)

*Consider your setup and cleanup times - reserve at least 30 minutes before and after your actual event program time, particularly if your event will have food or reconfiguration of the tables/chairs.
